IAS R Alice Vaz has been posted as Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi ahead of Delhi Assembly Elections.
Initiating required bureaucratic reshuffle, the Election Commission has is ensuring a smooth, impartial for efficient electoral process. In this direction, senior IAS officer R Alice Vaz has been given charge as Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Delhi.
With the announcement of Delhi Assembly elections scheduled early next year, name of the Chief Electoral Officer has been announced by the EC. A year 2005-batch IAS officer Vaz hails from AGMUT cadre.
