Mr. Ton Sinh Thanh, Vietnamese Ambassador to India who called on Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Hon. Congress President and Shri Rahul Gandhi, Hon. Congress Vice President in the presence of Dr. Karan Singh and Shri Anand Sharma.
