Deepak Kumar likely to be appoint as Bihar Chief Secretary

If sources are to be believed, Deepak Kumar IAS officer Bihar 1984 batch, who is presently posted as Chairman, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways Government of India,is viewed as the most prospective successor to Bihar Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh IAS who is scheduled to retire in February 2018.
