The 1982 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Dalip Singh has been moved to his parent cadre as Addl Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management and consolidation in Haryana. Prior to this he was on central deputation as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Agriculture.
