Rakesh Kumar, BAS is currently serving as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (Shrl Giriraj Singh) In the Ministry of Rural Development.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for curtailment of tenure of Rakesh Kumar, Bihar Administrative Service, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
