Court Setback For AAP In Case Involving 21 Delhi Lawmakers

In a huge setback to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi, its order appointing 21 lawmakers as parliamentary secretaries has been set aside by the High court.
 
In June, President Pranab Mukherjee had refused to sign the Delhi government’s bill that allowed the lawmakers to hold a second paying position as parliamentary secretary, leaving their fate uncertain.
