Top cop Jaspal Singh has finally been removed.
Lately the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has mandated name of IPS officer Jaspal Singh, the Director General of Police (DGP) of Goa. With this order now he has been shifted from Goa to Delhi.
DGP Goa Jaspal Singh is replaced by Alok Kumar (IPS: 1996: AGMUT) as the new Goa DGP. The above mentioned administrative development in Goa follows an inquiry ordered by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
