IAS officer Chockalingam is to take charge as CEO of Maharashtra.
With a new order issued by the Election Commission of India (ECI), IAS officer Chockalingam has been appointed as new CEO of the state of Maharashtra.
Following the order of the ECI, year 1996 batch of IAS officer S Chockalingam is all set to assume office as the new Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Maharashtra state.
At present Chockalingam is rendering services as Director General of Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration in Pune. As the new Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Maharashtra, Chockalingam replaces year 1991 batch of Maharashtra cadre IAS officer M Deshpande.
