Chhattisgarh witnesses reshuffle of 2 IAS and 6 PCS offficers where IAS Rajat Kumar have been assigned an additional charge as Secretary, GAD.
The Vishnusai-led Chhattisgarh government has implemented a fresh administrative reshuffle, impacting both Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and State Administrative Service (SAS) officers. As per official orders issued by the General Administration Department, two IAS officers have received new responsibilities, while six SAS officers have been transferred to different postings.
IAS Officers: Key Changes
Two senior IAS officers from the 2005 batch are affected by this reshuffle:

Rajat Kumar, currently serving as Secretary, Commerce & Industry and Public Enterprises Department—with an additional charge of Commerce & Industry (Railway Projects)—has now also been given the additional responsibility of Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD).

Mukesh Kumar Bansal, who holds the positions of Secretary, Finance Department, and additional charges as Secretary, Commercial Tax (excluding Excise & Registration), and Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been relieved of his additional role as Secretary, GAD.
These developments were formalized through two separate orders issued by the General Administration Department, hinting at a broader administrative restructuring underway.
