The 1988 batch IAS officer of UT cadre, Chetan Bhushan Sanghi has been appointed as new Chief Secretary of Andaman & Nicobar Island. He is currently posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Women & Child Development. Prior to this he was posted as Principal Secretary in the Govt of Delhi.
