The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for appointment of IRS officer Chandra Mohan Singh as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Ports, Shipping & Waterways (Shri Shantanu Thakur) in the M/o Ports, Shipping & Waterways.
A year 2013 batch IRS officer Chandra Mohan Singh has been appointed at the level of Deputy Secretary for the period up to 14.01.2028 (i.e. for the maximum admissible tenure of 7 years away from cadre).
