Chandra Bhushan Kumar, IAS (UT: 95) presently in the cadre as Additional Secretary & Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, D/o Drinking Water and Sanitation vice Shri Vikas Sheel, IAS (CG: 94) upon his appointment as Executive Director, Asian Development Bank by continuing the temporary upgradation of the post.
