Grapevine has it that Dr S S Chahar is all set to receive the baton from N L Meena as the new Member Secretary, Law Commission. Meena is superannuating today. Chahar, an officer of Indian Legal Service, has been serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs.
