IPS Officer N Venu Gopal has been assigned new responsibility as Additional Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation.
In accordance with a directive issued by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of IPS Officer N Venu Gopal has been mandated for new responsibility as Additional Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation.
Apart from Venu Gopal IPS Officer ACY Krishna has also been assigned this responsibility in the CBI. IPS Venu Gopal is going to continue on the new position for three years till May 24, 2027.
A 1995 batch IPS officer N Venu Gopal is currently posted as Joint Director in the CBI.
