The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested a special metropolitan magistrate in Delhi while allegedly receiving Rs 25,000 bribe from a person. CBI alleged that the magistrate had challaned the complainant, an owner of a shop in Alaknanda Market, Lajpat Nagar, during the course of inspection on August 10.
