Cadre of the IAS officer Avinash Kumar has now been shifted to the state of Odisha.
As per a recently issued notification by the competent authority, name of IAS officer Avinash Kumar has been mandated for a cadre shift. With the new order now his cadre has been shifted to the state of Odisha.
Inter cadre transfer of Avinash Kumar from West Bengal cadre to Odisha has been cleared on grounds of marriage to IAS Pranita Dash. He is a 2023 batch IAS officer.
