IAS officers Bipul Pathak and Saugat Biswas have been shifted to other states with new responsibilities.
In a mid-sized reshuffle the MHA brings 1992 batch officer Bipul Pathak from Jammu and Kashmir to Delhi. In addition, 7 AGMUT cadre IAS officers have also been shifted for the next assignments.
On the other hand a year 2006 batch AGMUT IAS officer Saugat Biswas has been transferred from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir.
