As many as twenty two IAS officers have been transferred in the state of Bihar whereas IAS Rahul Kumar has been made Special Secretary.
Following a recently issued directive by the state administration of Bihar, a total number of 22 IAS officers have been transferred with new responsibilities.
Among the twenty two administrative officers, IAS Rahul Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary, Finance Department.
