IAS officer Bibhuti Bhushan has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME.)
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of IAS Officer Bibhuti Bhushan as the OSD to the Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi), He has been assigned the post at the level of Director with effect from the
IAS Officer Bibhuti Bhushan is currently serving as Assistant General Manager (Air Traffic Service), Airport Authority of India. He has been entrusted the new responsibility till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or till he gets further orders, whichever is earliest.
