The 1988 batch IFoS officer of Gujarat cadre, Bharat Lal, currently posted as Additional Secretary to the President has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Joint Secretary.
