The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Balvender Kumar, Secretary in Ministry of Mines has been assigned an additional charge of Secretary, Coal due to the absence on leave of Anil Swarup(IAS, UP:81).
Balvendra Kumar is also Secretary Coal from 7 July to 23 July 2016
