The 1994 batch IPS officer of UP cadre, Binod Kumar Singh is going to join as new Private Secretary to Home Minister Rajnath Singh. B K Singh is presently serving as DIG with National Security Guard since May 18, 2009.

SUBJECT:- ABOUT WRONG TRANSFER DOING IN SOME CASES AND NOT CONSIDERING MY GENUINE REQUEST.
RESPECTED SIR,
I, Sahil Gupta, Assistant Commandant CRPF, 226 Btn,Irla no. 9548 had applied for transfer on compassionate grounds due to my father’s death & mother serious illness .My respected Commandant sir and Sector I.G sir has recommended for my transfer but it has not been considered yet. Now, I want to ask some questions from on transfer of following Assistant Commandants and also why my genuine request is not considered.
Jai Raj Bhajia, Assistant commandant ,CRPF was transferred out of 2nd battalion located in chattisgarh last year and posted to his native place in U.P on basis of compassionate grounds and then he again got himself transferred out to J&K state. Pers branch of D.G CRPF office should justify these compassionate grounds on which the above officer is posted in J&K state rather than to his home state U.P and even without comleting his one year in chattisgarh.
Another officer N.S Rathore Assistant Commandant, formely posted in 211 btn in Chattisgarh never served in Chattisgarh got himself attached with ATC Khatkhatti in Assam and got relieved from 211 btn along with me on sept 2014 completing his tenure in L.W.E area without actually serving in L.W.E area. These are names of two officers which I know because of working in this particular area.There are many such names of force personnel of all ranks from all parts of country.
Sir, instead of considering my request that I be transferred to my home state J&K which is also disturbed area and hot theatre for CRPF after serving for nearly one and half years in Chattisgarh (L.W.E) , so that I can look after my seriously ill mother as I am only earning male member in family .They are deliberately delaying my matter and Pers branch consider themselves superior to home ministry under which they come.Sir, Please look into the matter as my severely ill mother requires me most at this point of time. I will be greatly obliged to you for considering my request at this most difficult time in my life.
