IAS officer Dr Ravi Kota has been relieved from his additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary in the Finance Department, Assam.
Chief Secretary of Assam Government, Dr. Ravi Kota is a year 1993 batch IAS officer who originally hails from Assam- Meghalaya cadre itself. Now with the new order hehas been relieved from his additional charge of ACS, Finance Department.
Following a recent bureaucratic development in the state of Assam, the incumbent Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Dr. Ravi Kota has been relieved from his additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary, in the Department of Finance.
Dr Ravi Kota is currently serving as Chief Secretary, Department of Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises along with holding the additional charge of Finance Department. He has assumed the office of Chief Secretary yesterday only on March 31st, 2024.
Now officer Kota shall keep holding the additional charge of the Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department only.
