The 1988 batch IAS officer, Senior bureaucrat Ashish Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Managing Director of SICOM, a premier financial institution in the state. He replaces Baldev Singh, a 1989 batch IAS officer. Singh,was earlier posted as the Principal Secretary to Prithviraj Chavan.Baldev Singh will now be posted as the Principal Secretary of Revenue and Forest Department.
