The 1989 batch IPS officer of UP cadre, Ashish Gupta will be taking charge as Joint Secretary, NATGRID on September 23. He is serving as ADG Railway Protection Force. NATGRID forms a central intelligence gathering mechanism under Ministry of Home Affairs.
