The 1983 batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre, Asha Ram Sihag, Secretary Coordination & Public Grievances has been assigned with the addl charge of the post of Chairman of National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention(NACWC) with immediate effect.
