The 1985 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Arun Goyal, who is currently posted as Secretary(Coordination) in the Cabinet Secretariat has been given addl charge of the post of Chairperson in National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention(NACWC), Cabinet Secretariat with immediate effect.
