The 1985 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Arun Goel who is presently posted as Special Secretary, Ministry of Culture has been appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Culture vice Raghvendra Singh(IAS, WB:83) on his appointment as Secretary, Ministry of Textiles.
