Army Chief Dalbir Singh Suhag is scheduled today to visit the KAshmir’s flood affected areas and take stock of the rescue and relief operations by the armed forces in the flood-ravaged Kashmir Valley. He will visit the summer capital and review the flood situation along with top level army and NDRF officials.
