IFS Dr. Vidhu P. Nair has been appointed as the new Ambassador of India to the Republic of Angola.
Doctor Nair is currently serving as Ambassador of India to Turkmenistan for Ministry of External Affairs.
Vidhu P Nair is being replaced by IFS Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat who will be new High Commissioner in Turkmenistan. Nair is expected to take up the assignment soon.
An Indian Foreign Services officer Nair hails from the year 2002 batch IFS. He has also served as the Director of the External Affairs Ministry.
