Roopa -Rohini Row has been handled by the Supreme Court very sensitively and asked the officer to settle their differences.
Not only the Apex Court has instructed to settle the case out of the court but also has barred the officers from making statements over the case.
The tussle between IPS officer D Roopa and IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri and has witnessed another development in the apex court where they have been given yet another opportunity to settle their differences during the hearing on December 12, 2024. The Court said, “An interim stay granted on December 15, 2023, on criminal defamation proceedings brought by Sindhuri against Roopa would continue”.
