With the process of formation of new BJP government in Uttar Pradesh, there is lots of speculation going on in state about top posts of Chief Secretary and DGP. According to sources Mr. Anup Chandra Pandey ( 1984 batch UP cadre IAS) may be new Chief Secretary and Mr. Praveen Singh ( 1982 batch IPS) may be DGP of state.
