IAS officers Anoop Khinchi and R Ramakrishnan have been assigned entrusted new Nagaland responsibilities.
In order to optimize the administrative efficiency and governance in Nagaland, the state administration has reshuffled a few bureaucrats with new responsibilities.
Among the transferred IAS officers, R Ramakrishnan IAS (Nagaland, 1998) is the incumbent Development Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri Neiphiu Rio. He has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary of the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (P&AR) Department.
On the other hand, IAS officer Anoop Khinchi IAS (Nagaland, 2008): who is at present the Commissioner & Secretary for the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (P&AR) and Law & Justice Departments, has been relieved of his responsibilities in the Department of Law & Justice.
