The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Anil Swarup has been given addl charge of the post of Secretary, Dept of Higher Education w.e.f. 14.05.2018 to 20.05.2018 during the period on leave of Shri R. Subrahmanyam, IAS (AP: 1985). He is currently posted as Secretary in the Dept of School Education & Literacy under the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
