The 1986 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, Anil Kumar Jain, presently posted as Adviser in NITI Aayog has been appointed as Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog vice Yudhvir Singh Malik, lAS (HY 83) on his appointment as Chairman National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
