The 1981 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre, Anil Kumar Aggarwal has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in place of Sh. Sunil Soni(IAS, MH:81). Prior to this he was serving as Director General, Employees State Insurance Corporation.
