Amarjeet Sinha gets addl charge as Secretary, Panchayati Raj

The 1983 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Amarjeet Sinha, Secretary in the Dept of Rural Development has been given addl charge as Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj in the Govt of India with immediate effect.
