The 1986 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Alok Tandon has been appointed as Joint Secretary in Cabinet Secretariat vice V. P. Joy (IAS, KL:87). Tandon is presently serving as Joint Secretary, Dept of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance.
