The 1976 batch IPS officer of Haryana cadre and Outgoing Chief of the R&AW Alok Joshi will take over as head of the National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO) onApril 30. He would succeed Alhad G Apte former Scientist of BARC. Meanwhile, Alok Joshi has joined as OSD in the NTRO.
