The 1982 batch IAS officer of MN cadre, Ajay Narayan Jha, presently Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Expenditure with immediate effect. The officer will assume charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Expenditure on superannuation of Ashok Lavasa, IAS (HY 80).
