IPS officers Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh and Yashpal Singh have been assigned new administrative responsibilities in Chhattisgarh.
In a recent notification state administration of Chhattisgarh state has mandated the transfer of three top police officers across the state.
The names of the three top cops transferred include IPS Yashpal Singh (2013 batch IPS officer), IPS Ratna Singh (2019 batch IPS officer) and Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh (2011 batch IPS officer).
Year 2011 batch IPS Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh is currently serving as the SP of the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Raipur. Now he has been transferred and posted as the Director of Training Operations, Fire Services, and Emergency Services at Civil Defence and Home Guards in Raipur.
Year 2013 batch IPS officer Yashpal Singh is presently serving as Assistant Inspector General (IG) in Police Head Quarters (PHQ) at Nava Raipur, Now he has been mandated to assume office as the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki.
