The Chhattisgarh home department has issued the order suspending Assistant Inspector General (Intelligence) Sanjay Sharma based on the report of an inquiry committee which was set up following a complaint by the woman.
Sanjay Sharma has been suspended for allegedly molesting a junior woman sub-inspector at the old police headquarters here.AIG Sanjay Sharma is alleged to have molested the complainant on April 7 inside an elevator here at the old police headquarters building. The inquiry committee comprised two women IPS officers.
