Aditya Swaroop, a retired IAS officer of batch 1982, Jharkhand cadre, took oath as the state’s Chief Information Commissioner. A three-member committee headed by the chief minister approved his name recently. Governor Syed Ahmed administered the oath at the Raj Bhavan on Friday.
