An additional charge has been assigned to IAS Bhupinder Kumar as DCO & DRO in J&K. He will also be holding the position for Ladakh as well.
Year 2011 batch AGMUT cadre Indian Civil Services officer Bhupinder Kumar is going to assume charge as DCO & DRO, J&K and Ladakh soon.
After a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) yesterday on February 22nd, Bhupinder Kumar has been mandated to assume office as the Director of Census Operations (DCO) and Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) on the rank of Deputy Secretary in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on an additional charge basis.
IAS Bhupinder Kumar has been appointed with a tenure of approximately two years extending up to December 31st, 2025 or until further notifications. Kumar has earlier served as J&K’s Transport Commissioner.
