Year 1991 batch IAS officer TK ramachandra originally hails from Tamil Nadu cadre. He has been assigned position of Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.
Following an order from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (CAA) TK Ramachandran has been mandated to be entrusted an additional administrative charge in the department of Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways as the Secretary.
