The ACC has approved the following appointments.
- The 1983 batch IAS officer of AM cadre, Arun Kumar, Special Secretary Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Mines on superannuation of the present incumbent Shri Balvender Kumar, lAS (UP:81).
- The 1983 batch IAS officer of TG cadre, Binoy Kumar, Director General, Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals (DGS&D), Ministry of Commerce & Industry has been appointed as Director General, Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals (DGS&D), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, in the rank and pay of Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post.
- The 1983 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre, R. Sridharan, Special Secretary, Ministry of Mines appointed as Member (Finance), Space Commission, in the rank and pay of Secretary by restoring the post to the level of Secretary.
- The 1983 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre, Raghvendra Singh, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation& Farmers Welfare appointed as Director General, National Archives of India, Ministry of Culture in the rank and pay of Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post to the level of Secretary.
