The twenty three years old IAS Navneet Anand’s UPSC success story is indeed a heartwarming tale for the success seekers. Clearing the UPSC CS Exam at the age of 23, Navneet is a proud son for his proud mother.
Prior to becoming a bureaucrat in his third attempt, Navneet has also served as an Assistant Commandant in the CISF. Numerous challenges, learning, fostering maturity and growth have come with these accomplishments.
Small Bihar village of Harbhanga in Purnia district, defies the odds to crack the coveted UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE) in Navneet’s third attempt. His story is one of grit, resilience along with a burning desire to break free from the limitations of his background.
Before joining the Government of India as a bureaucrat, he was currently under training as an Assistant Commandant in CISF.
