The 1978 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre, Rajiv Mehrishi has been appointed as Secretary in the department of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Finance, Govt of India. Prior to this He was serving as Chief Secretary of Rajasthan. Rajiv Mehrishi has replaced the Arvind Mayaram, now who has been moved to the ministry of Tourism.
