As many as 13 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers have been transferred and posted at different places in Bihar. The officers are:
- Z H Khan has been posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Patna
- Arvind Kumar will be now Deputy Inspector General of Police, Technical Services & Communication, Patna
- Nagendra Prasad is Deputy Inspector General of Police, Railway, Patna.
- Binod Kumar Chaudhary has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Crime Investigation Department (CID), Patna
- Manju Jha as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kosi Range, Saharsa
- Shiveshwar Prasad Shukhla as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Munger Range, Munger
- Chandrika Prasad as Superintendent of Police, Arwal
- Parvez Akhtar as Superintendent of Police, Nawada
- Rajeev Ranjan as Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpur
- Prakash Nath Mishra as Superintendent of Police, Railway, Patna
- Satyaveer Singh as Superintendent of Police, City Patna
- Naveen Chandra Jha as Superintendent of Police, Kishenganj
