Two senior IPS Officers Call It A Day

Two senior IPS officers Rajiv Kumar Jain and Arbind Kumar have retired from key positions.

Two senior IPS officers—Mr. Rajiv Kumar Jain and Mr. Arbind Kumar—have concluded their tenures in prominent national roles.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Jain, a 1980-batch IPS officer from the Jharkhand cadre and a Member of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), has officially retired. Joining him in retirement is Mr. Arbind Kumar, a 1984-batch IPS officer from the Bihar cadre, who served as Vigilance Commissioner.

Following their retirement, the process for appointing successors to these crucial posts has begun.
